You've become really good at telling us when you want to go to the basement to play. You may not be able to say "basement" or "downstairs" but you'll walk over to the closed door and point. We'll ask "Do you want to go downstairs?" to which you'll get excited, say "Yeah!" and almost dance in place.
We were downstairs this afternoon and mom sat you on your chair and opened the box of crayons so you could color.
You sat there and studied page after page before deciding on which to color.
The look on your face is hard to describe, but I can just tell that your mind is hard at work learning. It's total concentration, even if it is just a coloring book.
I've prayed that you'd have your mom's mind and I think my prayers were answered.
