Today Ava Stayed Up To Watch The Buckeyes

"Ava, O-H!" wait for it ... wait for it ... Okay, we'll work on the emphatic "I-O" response. 

We were trying to prep you for the game tonight, but as the saying goes in Cleveland "There's always next year." You'll have it down by then, no doubt it my mind.

You grandma and grandpa came over for the game as well as Keith for what we hoped would be the 6th BCS Bowl victory in Buckeyes history. Well, that wasn't meant to be and neither was a normal bed time for you. 

We try to keep you on a normal schedule, but lately we've fallen off the wagon. A few late afternoon naps have thrown off your sleep patterns. Tonight was an exception to the rule due to the game and family coming over. 

You may think we're strict with our rules as your growing up, but someday you'll understand why and occasionally, we'll bend. Like tonight. 

Work on that "I-O" kid, we have a National Championship to be ready for next season!
