Today Ava Helped With Dinner

You're so eager to help out. Whether it be cleaning, laundry, or making meals you're always willing to toe the line.

Tonight was no exception. 

We planned on making one of my favorite summer meals - sliced potatoes and smoked sausage with peppers and onions. Meant for the grill, we improvise at times and prepare it on the stove. It was one of those nights. 

You desperately wanted picked up so you could see the prep work and be a part of the action. After a little discussion, we compromised and seated you in your high chair.

And with that you went from worker to supervisor ...

Living the good life.

I'll remember this when it comes time for allowance.
