Today Ava Brushed Up

One of our goals - and hopefully a goal of any parent - is to instill great personal hygiene habits into your everyday life.

Brusha, brusha, brusha!
There's not much you can control right now, but we have a bath routine and mom has taught you how to wash your hands (with some assistance of course) when you get messy from a meal, or dirty outside.

One of your favorite things to do is to brush your chompers before calling it a night.

You really light up. It could be that you just enjoy it, or that the bristles from the brush feel good on your soft gums. Whatever the reason, it's refreshing to see your enjoyment.

Tonight, mom said "Let's go brush your teeth" and you got up and walked over to the bathroom. You stomped and giggled with anticipation as she got out your toothbrush and grape flavored paste.

We help get you started by moving your arm and the brush back and forth over your top, then bottom teeth. Once you're rolling, we let go and you take over. I think you like the flavor, but it's cute to watch.

Let's keep those pearly whites bright!
